Sprout-Nutri &
Button Mushroom Fry
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 1 tsp garlic paste optional
- 1 medium size onion sliced or chopped (your preference & optional)
- 1/2 tsp black pepper

a little chili powder/ curry powder
(to your taste depending on the spiciness of your powder) - 1 tsp mint paste
- 2 tbs oil of choice preferably unrefined and high temperature oil
- 1/2 green capsicum chopped or diced
- 1 pinnaties curry leaf/oregano/basil
- 10 pcs button mushrooms each cut into 4
- 1 tbs Sprout-Nutri
- salt to taste

Heat the pan for 2 minutes.

Pour in the oil.

In goes the onions, ginger and garlic paste.

Keep the fire low wait until the aroma reaches your nostrils add the chili/curry powder, stir it until its mixed well.

Oh add some water if ingredients stick on the pan too much (just a little water).
6.
Mushroom goes in with salt and pepper.
7.
Stir it to cook. Go easy on the salt. Add when needed extra.

Taste the dish. Check on the spice and salt. When the mushroom is smaller than its original size then its cooked. Sprinkle Sprout-Nutri mix well.

Adding Sprout-Nutri will give a binding effect of the paste and dry. Last goes in green capsicum and curry leaf/oregano/basil. Remember to taste before dishing it out.
